Refunds and Returns Policy
At GB Willow, we aim to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our Refunds and Returns policy below for full details.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Items must be in their original condition and unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom-made or personalised items (e.g., bats with custom grips, personalized engraving) are non-refundable, unless they are faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, please contact us at admin@gbwillow.net within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all claims.
How to Return Your Item

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.
Additional Notes
- Any items returned without prior authorization may be rejected and returned to the customer.
- Products showing signs of use or damage caused by improper care will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
